McGee Lumber Company has milled and supplied premium wood in Charlotte since 1934, a privately owned yard in the NoDa/North Graham Street area now past its ninetieth year in the same city. We're a specialty lumber supplier rather than a general big-box store, focused on quality milled wood: clear and knotty Western red cedar, Douglas fir, Southern yellow pine and white oak, clear all-heart redwood, pressure-treated and fire-retardant lumber and plywood, and #2 timbers.
We cut to size and run custom millwork on premises in lengths up to twenty feet, turning out boards, planks, siding, flooring, moulding, timbers and tongue-and-groove to spec. Builders, remodelers, woodworkers and homeowners rely on us for material the commodity yards don't stock, with regional delivery and nationwide shipping.
