Mar-Hy Distributors is one of Oregon's longest-running independent HVAC wholesale distributors, founded in the 1940s as Day-York Distributors and serving the trade for 75-plus years from its Milwaukie warehouse. We're a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment, parts and accessories, selling to licensed HVAC contractors and mechanical subcontractors rather than the retail public. Confirmed brand lines include Ruud residential and light-commercial equipment, Daikin ductless mini-splits and VRF systems, and Friedrich room and packaged terminal units. From our single Milwaukie facility we offer in-person counter service and will-call pickup, product stocking, technical support, warranty processing and contractor account management across Oregon and Southwest Washington. With no national-chain or buying-group ownership, we pair deep tenure with the responsiveness of a true local independent, and our own delivery fleet gets equipment to the jobsite.
