Company Profile
K&M Truss is a family-owned truss manufacturer serving the Orlando metro from its plant on Union Street in Zellwood, in northwest Orange County, since the current owners began manufacturing in 2006. We design and build custom metal-plate-connected wood roof trusses in every configuration, from simple gables to complex hip and cathedral layouts, along with open-web floor trusses, and we provide in-house truss design and sealed permit packages plus LVL beam and hanger specifications.
We also distribute open-web floor trusses, I-joists, LVL beams, rim board and Simpson hangers, so a framing package can come from one source. Serving custom homes, tract builders, commercial, multi-family and remodels across Central Florida, we deliver completed trusses to the jobsite.
