Company Profile
RWC Building Products has supplied Southern California's roofing trade since 1958, a family-owned distributor founded as Roofing Wholesale Co. and still led by the founding family, serving the San Diego metro from its Spring Valley yard with a second county location in San Marcos.
We're a roofing and waterproofing supply house, not a contractor, stocking asphalt shingles, concrete and clay tile, slate, metal and low-slope systems, underlayments, waterproofing, ventilation, flashing, fasteners, and tools, plus stucco and hardscape materials.
As a privately held, family-owned independent rather than one of the national roofing chains that dominate distribution, RWC has built a multi-decade reputation with San Diego roofers, and is known for the largest roof-tile boneyard in the Southwest for hard-to-find and out-of-production tile.
